Here you can find pictures and stories of rescued farmed animals as well as videos. You can visit the sanctuary and meet the animal ambassadors living there - it’s a great organization!

The Humane Society of the United States is the nation’s largest and most effective animal protection organization. It seeks a humane and sustainable world for all animals—a world that will also benefit people. “We are America’s mainstream force against cruelty, exploitation and neglect, as well as the most trusted voice extolling the human-animal bond.” To read more about farmed animals, go here. I love that section of the site because you can learn about animals’ natural behaviors and see how deprived they are of being able to exercise those behaviors.
